Recovering a hydraulic cylinder requires the same technical expertise used to manufacture one from scratch, from sizing honing tolerances to correctly selecting the seal kit for the application's pressure and working fluid. As a PATROL cylinder manufacturer for over 45 years, every cylinder that comes in for maintenance goes through the same engineering, machinery, and technical team that produce new cylinders, within our own plant in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
That difference shows in the final result. A cylinder recovered by INCOCIL undergoes preventive or corrective internal honing, complete seal kit replacement, recovery or replacement of scratched rods, and high-pressure bench testing, with a technical maintenance report at the end of the process. That's why we offer the same warranty as a new cylinder.
